When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is only accepted once we dispatch the items.

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Once your payment has been processed, orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page or during special promotions.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the delivery address, and the selected shipping method. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.

Delayed Deliveries: We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, strikes, adverse weather, or other external factors.

4. Returns and Exchanges
At Gracious Glow, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received the returned product and confirmed it meets the return conditions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

5. Product Information
